Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Café Alivia. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Café Alivia ships exclusively within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the address.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Café Alivia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos and/or videos of the damaged package and product. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
