Refund policy

At Café Alivia, every bag of coffee is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee products, including opened or unopened bags. Once a food product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored or handled safely, making returns unsuitable for resale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Or if you experience an issue with your purchase

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement product, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within one (1) hour of purchase.

After the one-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled or modified.
